Pharmaceutical cosmetic jacketed mixing tank mixer dispersing industrial blender machine.

The reactor material put into the inner layer for stirring reaction, and the inter layer can be connected with different cold
and heat sources (refrigerant, water or hot oil) for circular heating or cooling reaction.Through the inter layer of the
reactor, the thermostatic (high or low temperature) thermal-soluble media or cooling media are injected to heat or cool the
materials in the reactor at a constant temperature.At the same time, the stirring reaction can be carried out under normal
pressure or negative pressure according to the application requirements.The materials react in the reactor, and can control the evaporation and reflux of the reaction solution. After the reaction, the materials can be released from the discharge port at the bottom of the reactor

Most material of the reaction vessel is stainless steel 304, 316L. Can be customerized by clients demand.

The agitator and mixer can be selected by different type for the production line. The experienced workers in our workshop will make the suitable parts perfect applied into all reactors.

Manufacturing Technique

The agitator rotates towards a fixed direction driven by the power unit, during the rotation, it drives materials to rotate
radially and axially. Materials inside the reactor are in both axial and circular motion, generating several forms of mixing such as shearing mixing and diffusion stirring. Thus the material can be effected rapidly stirred and mixed. Dispersing disc rotates in high speed, generating annular flow, resulting in strong vortex, thus the materials spirally down to the bottom. Strong shearing and friction force between particles get the mixture rapidly dispersed and dissolved. The circular motion of the stirring disc generates good radial effect, accelerating material circulation, improve the dispersing efficiency.
